RETURN POLICY

While we hope you fall in love with your new Maonos -- if you are not satisfied with your Maono Eyewear purchase, you may initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your product(s). 

Returned merchandise must be received in its original unworn condition, free from any scratches, marks (makeup or otherwise) or damage, and in its full original packaging, this includes any tags or stickers that may comE with your original packaging.

Returns are only allowed for products purchased at full price from maonoeyewear.com.

Please note that there is a flat $8.00 restocking fee for each returned order.  Discounted items are not eligible for returns. 

If your shipment is delivered to you in a damaged condition or if you are missing any part of your order, please notify us at info@maonoeyewear.com. Please always include the following details in your email:

  •  your email address used at checkout
  • your order number
  • Take photos and send along with your email
  • Claims made after two days of receipt will not be honored.
